The following items can be found on Amazon or at your local craft store:

Parachute Cord

5 mm Jump Ring

18 mm Lobster Clasps

6.5 mm Cord Ends

E6000 Craft Adhesive

2 Jewelry Pliers

Cut parachute cord to approximately 14.5 inches (or desired length).

Put a dab of adhesive on the end of the cord. Place in the cord end. Using pliers, attach the  jump ring to the cord end and then to the lobster clasp.
